Snuggs is a Czech company that has been sewing menstrual panties since 2019 and has the largest share of the Czech market. It also sells in Germany and Slovakia and, according to their website, has sold 30,000 units. Snuggs panties entered the market with a single cut, designed for women with mild to moderate menstruation. At the beginning of 2020, however, manufacturers for the first time introduced models for heavier menstruation and also Snuggs with a high waistband.
Snuggs are suitable for all women during menstruation, but also for women during the six-week period or those who suffer from incontinence and other discharge. If you have a mild or moderate period, you can wear it as your primary product throughout your period. If your menstruation is strong, choose a stronger variant, or combine your panties with another aid. The panties can absorb only 10 ml of fluid. It is often seen on the Internet in Snuggs ratings that they race sideways in the seams.
According to the current manufacturer’s website, there are basically 2 cuts on the market – classic and with a high band cut. Each then has two types of absorption.
The manufacturer claims on many websites that the nanofibers used prevent the multiplication of bacteria, which in practice means that the bacteria are destroyed by a chemical process – see the note on the first page .
